As an electrician growing from Apprentice to Journeyman and finally to Master Electrician, I was blessed to have great leaders and bosses that put the time in to train me to be an expert, but most importantly, they gave me many opportunities to grow my professional career. I was given opportunities to manage and engineer projects, manage city permits and electrical code standards, manager power disruption procedures with local power companies, and estimate jobs and sales work. During those years, I not only gained a wealth of knowledge, but it also formed my beliefs that we can help our fellow electricians gain these same skills. These are the skills that will help you succeed here at Right Touch Electrical or with any other endeavor.

I have seen many electricians stuck doing the same thing over and over again and never having an opportunity to grow themselves. That just doesn’t happen at Right Touch Electrical. We have a culture of constant improvement and growth. This comes through consistent training meetings, jobsite training with our professional management team, and a leadership team that seeks to solve problems and help everyone involved to have a successful electrical installation. The only other key ingredient would be a team member that will put in the time and work necessary and who will bring honor and integrity to their work.

I get the opportunity to meet many new electricians during times of company growth and hiring. I regularly hear complaints that they are forced to rush, cut corners, and provide a subpar electrical installation. Open Positions:

Pay: $22+

Job Duties:

  • Manage and organize truck stock
  • Standard electrical installation from device replacement to rewire
  • Troubleshooting
  • Project management
  • Coordinating with power company, city inspectors, and sub-contractors

Job Requirements

  • Wireman license or higher
  • Must be able to pass drug and background check
  • Must be able to work occasional overtime
  • Willing to work after hours on call including Saturday
  • Must have valid DL

Pay: $24+

Job Duties:

  • Manage and organize truck stock
  • Standard electrical installation from device replacement to small/medium build outs
  • Troubleshooting
  • Project management
  • Coordinating with power company, city inspectors, and sub-contractors

Job Requirements

  • Journeyman license or higher
  • Must be able to pass drug and background check
  • Must be able to work overtime
  • Willing to work after hours on call including Saturday
  • Fluent in electrical blueprints/plans
  • Must have valid DL

Pay: $14+

Job Duties:

  • Assist in standard electrical installation from device replacement to rewire

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass drug and background check
  • Must be able to work occasional overtime
  • Willing to work after hours on call including Saturday
  • Must have valid DL

Pay: $15+

Job Duties:

  • Manage incoming phone calls from customers and employees
  • Administrative duties
  • HR duties
  • Dispatching and scheduling

Job Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience using various software to perform office duties
  • Willing to answer calls after hours/Saturday
